Sit-down restaurants like Cracker Barrel, Olive Garden, and Golden Corral are operating under normal schedules. However, other popular spots such as Applebee’s, IHOP, and Panera Bread may have limited hours — so calling ahead is recommended. Several chains like Chipotle, Zaxby’s, CAVA, Raising Cane’s, and In-N-Out have decided to close entirely for Easter.

As for financial institutions, most banks will be closed today, which is typical for Sundays. However, online and mobile banking services remain available. The stock markets — including the NYSE and Nasdaq — are closed for the weekend and will resume trading as usual on Monday.

Postal services are also affected.

United States Postal Service (USPS) offices will be closed, and there will be no standard mail delivery, as per regular Sunday protocol. However, USPS Express Critical services will still be available for urgent needs. FedEx has paused most of its services today, although select office locations may be open under modified hours. FedEx Custom Critical will remain in operation.

Minnesota Reports First Bird Flu Case in Dairy Herd This Year

A dairy farm in Stearns County, Minnesota, has been placed under quarantine after confirming the presence of the H5N1 bird flu virus in its milk supply. This is the first dairy cow infection reported in Minnesota this year and marks the second case for the same farm, which houses 620 cows.
